We used a Halloween store blow-up suit that was trimmed into a round shaped. It was covered with a crinkly blue fabrics, over which we built a tear-away square-dancing-esque dress. To go with the purple-and-Texas theme, I bought cheap boots at TJMaxx and glittered ’em up REAL good.
